My wellness coaching sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs whether you're looking to improve your diet, increase your fitness, reduce stress, or enhance your self-care practices. We'll explore the habits and behaviors that are currently hindering your health and develop strategies to cultivate new habits. I'm also open to explore alternative methods (e.g. meditation, yoga, breathwork, QiGong, etc) that will support your wellness goals. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental and I'll provide you with the guidance and accountability you need to create sustainable lifestyle changes that promote your overall wellness.
